POLICIES AND FEES

Spiritual Health Therapy Session: $225 for 55 minutes, due in full at the booking of each session, to secure your spot. Longer sessions can be accommodated, at the prorated amount.

Payment can be made with credit or debit card thought the Client Portal, or by e-transfer. 

Therapy fees may be completely or partially covered by your extended health benefit plan. If you are using insurance or third party coverage, you will be required to pay the full fee, regardless of the amount reimbursed to you. You will also be responsible for payment should your insurance coverage or provider cease funding.   Please be sure to check your coverage prior to booking if you intend to use extended health care benefits. I do not bill insurance plans, however, receipts will be provided.  

Cancellation and Missed Sessions 

If you are unable to keep an appointment and wish to cancel, please contact my office as soon as possible. 

24 hours notice must be given, otherwise, the full session fee will be charged. 

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you, and is therefore not available to others. Please get in touch even if it is a few hours before your scheduled time, as this allows people on the waitlist to be contacted, as there is a high demand for services.

No refunds, no exceptions.
