Cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand that life happens, and plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before securing your spot for the Wake and Bake: Ignite Thyself retreat, held February 7–9, 2025.

Payment Terms

• Early Bird Rate: $650 in full or two payments. The second payment is due by January 17, 2025.

• Regular Rate: $800 in full or two payments. Both payments must be completed by January 17, 2025.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made on or before January 10, 2025:

A refund will be issued, less a $150 non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.

• Cancellations made after January 10, 2025:

Refunds will not be issued, regardless of when the booking was made. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant if you notify me by January 24, 2025.

For Bookings Made After January 10, 2025

• If you book after January 10, 2025, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant if you notify me by January 24, 2025.

Failure to Complete Payments

• If payments are not completed by January 17, 2025, your spot may be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Retreat Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, all payments, including deposits, will be fully refunded.
