I’m hosting a cannabis-based retreat from June 24-27th at Sandbanks Provincial Park.   

This time, we’re going camping!  

Set and setting are of the utmost importance in any kind of plant medicine journeying. And I found another good one!   

I have a private group site rented for our stay, as well as a picnic shelter, on the beach, for one of the days we’ll be there. The forest is magical, the water is breathtaking, and the sand dunes are incredible. I have so much planned!  

Those who know me know that I insist that I am not about party tricks, and this is absolutely no exception. Of course a good time will be had, but this is sacred work we’ll be doing. Some deep inner journeying, connecting, healing, and integration will all be part of your experience, if you choose to join me.   

The itinerary has been shaped to focus on the five elements  - earth, air, fire, water, spirit.  

 It includes creative, intuitive, self reflective, healing, and connecting activities, as well as nightly fireside chats, where we’ll tackle your questions, struggles, experiences, to dive more deeply into your intentions.   

You’ll meet with your spirit guides, you’ll explore a past life, you’ll learn to tune into your senses and how to use them to manifest the experiences you truly desire from a very high-vibing space.  

You’ll paint, and interpret the meaning behind your intuitive images.   

You’ll listen to your heart and mind and inner child and offer them deep healing.   

You’ll participate in play therapy, sound healing, forest bathing, drumming, ceremony…and so much laughter.  The plant medicine allows us to connect in ways that the ego-based experience simply can’t. You’ll more easily connect with your true self, with your inner child, with each other, and with nature. You’ll connect with your path and your desires and spark creativity.   

A professional bud-tender will lead a 101 on cannabis as well. Strains, methods of consumption, and how-to roll a perfect joint will be some of the topics covered.   

Three nights camping accommodations and dinners are included, and so is the cannabis. Mostly anyway. It will be adequately supplied for the planned activities, but if you’d like to also bring along a little extra, you’re welcome to do so. You’ll also need a tent and sleeping bag. A full list of suggested items will be sent out upon registration.

How much is the investment?  

Since it’s a cannabis-infused weekend, cost is $420 of course!  

I’ve done my best to keep it as affordable as possible. I know how much we all need a good getaway and some time connecting.

Yep! That’s what I said!   

I’m hosting a cannabis based weekend retreat in November.  

I’m working out all the details and securing the location - a 22 acre campground on Lake Huron. Set and setting are of the utmost importance in any kind of plant medicine journeying. And I found a good one!   

The facility is gorgeous, and the food...oh my! The weekend will be catered by a chef who will happily accommodate any requests, with a menu to really satisfy those munchies! Think eggs benedict, curries, soup and salad bars, pumpkin crisp... 

I’ve been studying plant medicine for years. I even wrote my Master’s thesis on entheogens. I’ve participated in ceremonies in Peru. I’m eager and ready for psychedelic-assisted therapy to become mainstream, which is on its way. It’s a game changer.
